Be a group leader for international travel with kids.  Generally, you'll go for free if you get a certain number of kids to sign up.  There are dozens of companies out there (I've traveled with both EF and Explorica.)

Attend a conference on Global Education.  Great networking opportunities. I attended the Global Ed Forum in 2016.  In March of 2018, the Global Leadership Summit will be in Boston.

Just go!  Whether it's with a tour company like GEEO or an excursion with your family, seek out authentic experiences that you can, in turn, share with your students.
